The courses contained in the learning paths are numbered to make it easy to move through the courses in a prescribed order.
Learning Paths
Each tailored learning path includes a series of courses to help you explore the power of your PROS solution by walking you through multiple topics that build on one another throughout the training. This progressive learning experience has been shown to provide better understanding and retention of the information and is supported throughout the training with knowledge checks and course certification exams.
Course Series
The 100 and 200 Series On Demand Courses provide an excellent overview of our PROS solutions and offer interactive real-world scenarios that show you the core features and functionality. These initial courses are delivered utilizing an eLearning experience through PROS University. These classes can be taken anytime at a pace that works for you.
The 300 Series Hands On Courses dive deeper into the configuration of PROS solutions to show you how to build a unique solution specific to your business needs.
This is achieved with a live environment and hands on exercises to ensure understanding of the class topics.
Each course has three options you can choose from based on your needs and preferences including self-paced online, virtually with a remote instructor, and in person in a classroom with an instructor.

Training Delivery Options
On Demand Training
You can build foundational knowledge though our series of on demand eLearning courses.
- eLearning courses are delivered online through PROS University. These courses can be taken any time at your own pace.
Hands On Training
For a more detailed, hands-on approach, we offer advanced level courses that are available in three delivery formats.
- Virtual-led training lets online students interact in real time with an experienced trainer. This training is based on a pre-defined schedule and registration is required.
- PROS Site classroom training takes place in a PROS classroom (US or European locations), where students learn face-to-face with an experienced trainer.
- Blended learning courses combine online learning with hands-on exercises in a live software environment. Online instructors support these classes and review assignments. These classes can be taken at any time at your pace.
