Developing Our People

Being curious and open to learning new perspectives, viewpoints, and skillsets are the keys to continued success. We empower our people to adopt a growth mindset by giving them access to continued learning opportunities both within and outside of PROS.

We understand these opportunities won’t be utilized if our people are not given the space to focus on personal development. This is why we conduct Work Well Wednesdays, a dedicated day of the week that the whole company honors with minimal internal meetings so we all have focused time to learn and work.

The learning opportunities focus on both personal and professional development. We conduct a quarterly Day of Learning in partnership with our ERGs to explore timely topics, share cultural traditions, and social themes from different perspectives. Additionally, our people have access to continued core and soft skills education through our own PROS University and LinkedIn Learning.
