Andres D. Reiner

President and Chief Executive Officer

PROS President and Chief Executive Officer Andres Reiner joined the company in 1999. He was appointed to his current role in November 2010 and also serves as a member of its board of directors.

Reiner has led PROS to record revenue growth, fueled by his vision and strategy around innovation, customer success and helping people achieve their full potential. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its global reach and scale, introduced numerous new products, entered new markets, grown its partner ecosystem, completed four acquisitions and more than tripled the size of the team.

Reiner has held a broad range of leadership roles that provide the breadth of experience and understanding of how to drive growth. In this series of increasingly responsible roles, he has led products and product management, marketing, global alliances, science and research, and development of the company’s next-generation software portfolio.

Prior to joining PROS, Reiner held various technical and leadership positions in software-based companies including Platinum Technology and ADAC Healthcare Information Systems.

Reiner serves on the board of directors at Paylocity Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: PCTY), a cloud-based provider of payroll and human capital management software solutions. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Reiner received the Ernst & Young 2015 Entrepreneur Of The Year Award® in the technology category for the Gulf Coast.

He earned a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Houston.

Stefan Schulz

Chief Financial Officer

Stefan Schulz joined PROS in 2015 and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

He is responsible for PROS finance, accounting, corporate development, information technology and legal teams globally. Schulz reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Andres Reiner.

Schulz brings to PROS more than 20 years of financial and operations experience where he has built internal capacity to support high-growth, and has led the evaluation and integration of multiple acquisitions. Prior to joining PROS, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Digital River, Inc., a global provider of commerce-as-a-service solutions, headquartered in Minneapolis. In this role, Schulz was charged with building the company’s full-service merchant-of-record and seller-of-record offering, and overseeing the company’s internal transformation to greater efficiency and scale.

He previously spent six years with Lawson Software, an enterprise resource planning software company. As senior vice president, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, Schulz led the acquisition and integration of two companies in strategic industry growth markets.

Schulz worked for 12 years at BMC Software during a period of high growth, where he held several leadership roles, the last as vice president, global revenue operations. Schulz began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co.

He earned a B.B.A. in accounting from Lamar University.

Nikki Brewer

Chief People Officer

Nikki Brewer joined PROS in 2017 to lead our global Total Rewards team and now serves as its Chief People Officer. She leads the global human resources team, where she oversees the talent acquisition, talent development, rewards, culture and diversity strategies. A key focus for her team is driving innovative employment initiatives that make PROS a destination technology company for outperformers and fuel the company’s growth around the world.

During her tenure leading the global Total Rewards team, Brewer drove significant changes to the PROS benefits program and branding, strengthened the PROS reward programs, and overhauled PROS human capital IT systems resulting in a vastly improved PROS employee experience.

Prior to joining PROS, Brewer served in a range of increasingly responsible human resources roles in the energy industry both in the US and abroad. Most recently Brewer served as Director of Total Rewards for Columbia Pipeline Group (now TC Energy), where she was as a member of the HR leadership team, led the annual reward programs, and was a key member of the M&A team.

Brewer earned both an M.B.A. and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

 

Scott Cook

Chief Accounting Officer

Scott Cook joined PROS in 1999 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.

Since joining PROS, Cook served as Vice President and Corporate Controller where he oversaw global corporate and revenue accounting, external financial reporting, treasury and financial controls covering all aspects of PROS business. He reports to Stefan Schulz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Cook has more than 30 years of accounting and finance leadership and experience in a high-growth environment. Throughout his tenure at PROS, Cook successfully supported PROS IPO, several follow-on equity and convertible debt offerings and led the financial and accounting integration of multiple acquisitions in strategic industry growth markets.

Prior to PROS, Cook served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Flotek Industries, Inc. in Houston. Cook began his career in public accounting with both Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton LLP.

He earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Ajay Damani

Executive Vice President, Engineering

Ajay Damani joined PROS in 2001 and serves as Executive Vice President, Engineering. He has oversight and development of our global Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering and Cloud teams across B2B and Travel. His teams are responsible for delivering and operating our innovative software platform and products that align with the current and future requirements of our customers and the market.

Throughout his tenure at PROS, Damani has been instrumental in advancing our technical excellence within and across the Engineering organization. His consistent passion and commitment to creating scalable, highly performant and next-generation technology continues to yield solutions that meet business needs spanning a broad set of B2B and Travel use cases.

Central to his team’s work has been the development of real-time scalable technology that has transformed how customers digitally sell by delivering AI-based price recommendations in real-time at the point of transaction across any channel.

Damani earned a B.A. in Biology and a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Sunil John

Chief Product Officer

Sunil John, Chief Product Officer, joined PROS in 2005 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the PROS Platform for B2B and for Travel. In this role, John is accelerating development of PROS differentiators in AI, design, and extensibility that define and anchor PROS enterprise-grade technology. He oversees our Product Management, Data Science, and User Experience functions while working closely with the Corporate Development team.

During his time at PROS, John has served in numerous roles with increasing responsibilities in both Product Management and Corporate Development. He was the first product manager of our pricing solution suite, which continues to be recognized as industry-leading technology today. He also led the company through several significant acquisitions and oversaw operational execution across the company during our Cloud First transformation.

Prior to PROS, John built his technology, product, and business expertise in developing customer-focused products and solutions for a variety of industries, including a vehicle route optimization solution that was a finalist for the 2004 Franz Edelman award.

John earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Damian Olthoff

General Counsel

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Damian Olthoff joined PROS in 2011. He also serves the company as its secretary and is responsible for all legal operations. Olthoff brings to PROS experience in governance, corporate development, finance and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining PROS, he served for six years as general counsel for Animal Health International, a publicly traded pharmaceutical distributor. With Animal Health, Olthoff led the company’s foreign and domestic legal affairs, including complex commercial transactions, the company’s 2007 initial public offering, numerous acquisitions and litigation management. He also served as counsel for TrinTel Communications, then the largest privately held developer, owner and operator of wireless telecommunications facilities in the United States. He previously held various roles with Sprint – now Sprint Nextel – where he assisted with development and management of its $2+ billion real estate portfolio, including negotiations of commercial real estate agreements.

Olthoff earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and a B.B.A. in business administration from the same institution.

Susanne Senoff

Chief Information Security Officer

Susanne Senoff joined PROS in 2023 and serves as Chief Information Security Officer. She is responsible for PROS security strategy as well as the execution and program management of our cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of our data and systems.

Senoff brings more than 19 years of extensive experience in security architecture, operations, and governance and risk, as well as building high performance teams and programs. She has served in various leadership roles at McAfee, ARM, Microsoft and Morgan Stanley, among others. Prior to PROS, Senoff led McAfee’s cloud and product security programs to help drive 98% of workloads to the cloud, and at ARM, led the development of the Governance, Risk and Compliance and vulnerability management programs, achieving 99.9% SLA adherence and winning the Arm Engineering Quality award and 2020 CSO50 award. At Microsoft, Senoff found the original access operations and control program for O365. She is also recipient of the Morgan Stanley operations achievement award for successful implementation of Sarbanes Oxley in Institutional Securities.

Senoff graduated from the University of California Berkeley and earned her Masters from Columbia University. She holds several certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Martin Simoncic

Chief Customer Officer

Martin Simoncic, PROS Chief Customer Officer, joined the company in January 2021. He leads the global customer experience and engagement teams to help PROS further accelerate customer value and deliver a world-class customer experience at scale.

Simoncic rejoined PROS after serving as Vice President, Customer Success and Professional Services at Vertafore, where he was responsible for driving high velocity onboarding and adoption across the customer base of 20,000+. At Vertafore, Simoncic was instrumental in driving transformation of the customer organization, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, financial performance, customer retention and improved employee engagement.

Prior to Vertafore, Simoncic spent 11 years at PROS, where he started as an Implementation Consultant leading many of the company’s largest implementations. During his tenure at PROS, he served in a number of roles including VP of Professional Services, where he led the global B2B professional services team through periods of high growth, and VP of Product Management, where he defined and drove B2B product strategy forward during the company’s transition to SaaS.

Since 2012, Simoncic has served as an Adjunct Professor at Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business, educating graduate students on the key strategic and tactical concepts of advanced pricing, omnichannel optimization and revenue management.

Simoncic earned an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University. Additionally, he completed the Leading Professional Services Firms executive program at Harvard Business School.

Manoj Tripathi

Chief Information Security Officer

Manoj Tripathi serves as PROS Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, he is responsible for PROS security readiness and infrastructure, as well as our governance, compliance, and risk functions.

Tripathi previously served as PROS Vice President, Information Technology and Security and Senior Director, Information Security. In these roles, he established and led our information security and governance initiatives as we transitioned to a SaaS company.

Prior to rejoining PROS in 2016, Tripathi served as an Information Security Manager at Energy Transfer where he led multiple teams in information security engineering and management, helping to create their cloud and enterprise security vision, strategy, and roadmap. Tripathi also has served in numerous roles as a Software and Security Architect, including at PROS from 2012-2013.

Tripathi earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. He serves as an advisory board member to SecureWorld and is certified as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional by (ISC)2 and Chief Information Security Officer by EC-Council.

Craig Zawada

Chief Visionary Officer

Craig Zawada joined PROS in 2010 and serves as its Chief Visionary Officer. He is responsible for creating and articulating the vision for how PROS uses the latest technology to help companies drive incremental sales growth and profit improvement.

Zawada also works with new and existing customers to define the implementation path for these solutions to help them outperform in their respective industries. Prior to joining PROS, he was a partner and leader in the Marketing & Sales Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Zawada is a widely published author, with articles that have appeared in many high-profile publications, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, Mergers and Acquisitions, and the McKinsey Quarterly. He has been interviewed by and quoted in Fortune, Canadian Business, Business 2.0 and CNBC.com publications. Zawada co-authored both the first and second editions of “The Price Advantage,” which has been recognized as one of the most pragmatic books available on pricing strategy. As a frequently sought-after presenter, Zawada has spoken at conferences around the world on next-generation sales and pricing improvement strategies.

He earned both an M.B.A. and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Ontario, Canada.
